I have always had a keen interest in anatomy and biomechanics and my approach to massage therapy is a blend of experience and passion. After graduating from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School in 1995 my interest in the profession has grown and evolved. In addition to my clinical practice, I worked for the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as a subject matter expert for the development and oversight of the provincial registration exams and am currently working as an instructor back at Sutherland-Chan.

The main influence on my massage is a deep tissue approach combining myofascial release with Thai yoga massage. This offers me the ability to open restrictions in the body and invite change with an intuitive, integrated blend of these techniques. A unique combination that allows every treatment to reflect your individual needs and concerns.
